What We Collect
- Account & profile information (email, age range, body/height categories, habits, location preferences, seeking preferences, photos you upload)
- Messages and interaction data
- Usage / device / technical data (IP, browser, approximate location when you choose to share it)
- Payment-related data if/when paid features go live (handled by payment processors)
How We Use It
- Operate and improve the matching, visibility, chat, and safety features
- Enforce Terms and respond to reports
- Analyze product performance
- Future product development, including possible training of internal models on anonymized or aggregated data
What We Share / Sell
We do not sell your identifiable personal information (name, email, photos, exact location, private messages) to third parties for their marketing.
- We may share or sell aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data (e.g., “X% of users in this age/body category report Y habit”).
- We may use or allow training of AI / machine-learning models on anonymized, aggregated, or properly consented data for product improvement. We will not use private explicit photos or private messages for external model training without clear additional consent.
- We may disclose data when required by law, to protect safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Storage & Security
Data is stored with Lovable Cloud / Supabase. We use encryption in transit and standard access controls. We are not a high-security fortress — treat sensitive information accordingly.
Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your account/profile (deletion may leave residual logs for abuse prevention for a limited period).
- Depending on your location (e.g., BC/Canada privacy rules, or if you are in a GDPR/CCPA jurisdiction), additional rights may apply. Contact us to exercise them.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion we retain limited records as needed for legal, safety, and abuse-prevention purposes.
